One marinade, many mains! You can use this marinade with London broil, Delmonico steak, strip steak, chicken fingers, chicken cutlets (thin or thick), pargiot (deboned chicken thighs), and turkey breast.

Balsamic and Herb Marinade or Dressing

Start Cooking

Prepare the Balsamic and Herb Marinade or Dressing

  1. Combine all ingredients besides the oil in a food processor fitted with an S blade.

  2. Process on low and slowly incorporate the oil to create a thicker outcome.
