Diets One marinade, many mains! You can use this marinade with London broil, Delmonico steak, strip steak, chicken fingers, chicken cutlets (thin or thick), pargiot (deboned chicken thighs), and turkey breast.

1/3 cup Tuscanini Balsamic Vinegar
3 tablespoons orange juice
1 cup olive oil
2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic (or 2 cloves fresh)
1 cube of Gefen Frozen Parsley, Dill, Basil or 1 teaspoon fresh or 1/2 teaspoon dry herbs
1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper, or to taste
2 teaspoons pink Himalayan or sea salt
Combine all ingredients besides the oil in a food processor fitted with an S blade.
Process on low and slowly incorporate the oil to create a thicker outcome.
