Banana–Cherry Frozen Yogurt

Start Cooking

Prepare the Yogurt

  1. Put the fruit in the blender and grind lightly.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients, including the ice cubes, and grind till it becomes a smooth puree.

  3. Divide the mixture into individual cups and freeze for an hour.

  4. You can make the dish more elaborate by topping it with a crumble (see below).


For the Crumble

  1. Place all ingredients in a baking pan.

  2. Bake approximately 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 350°F (175°F), until the mixture is slightly browned. Stir a few times while baking so that the butter is well combined with other ingredients.

  3. Remove from oven, cool, and crumble.

  4. Sprinkle crumble on the yogurt before serving.
