While not exactly common in the west, barley tea is widely consumed in Korean, Japanese, and Chinese cultures. It can be consumed hot or cold.

Start Cooking

Prepare the Tea

  1. Bring the water to a boil, add the barley, and boil for about 5 minutes.

  2. Strain and serve hot.

Note:

This recipe can be adjusted to serve any size crowd by keeping the same the ratio the same.
