Delicious & healthy, my husband’s favorite for many, many years!
Preheat oven to 350.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Cream sugar & oil.
Mix in all eggs.
Add flour & baking powder.
Stir in almond flour & extract.
Pour onto cookie sheet and spread into a rectangle, 1/2″ thick.
Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cut into strips 3″ wide and then bars.
Separate bars and bake again for 10 minutes until crisp.
