Diets A basic recipe for a classic jelly-roll style cake, perfect for any celebration.
6 eggs, separated
6 tablespoons sugar
6 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
10 ounces Kineret Non-Dairy Whipped Topping
1 package instant vanilla pudding
3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla Extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Beat egg whites, adding sugar and beating until peaks form.
Folk in yolks with remaining ingredients.
Pour into lined cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
While still warm, invert onto dish towel dusted with confectioners sugar and roll up with dish towel jelly roll style.
Beat whip cream until peaks form.
Fold in remaining cream ingredients.
Unroll cake, spead cream and re-roll.
Spread cream on top and sides of roll.
