1 pound (454 grams) London broil, cut into 1/8-inch-thick slices
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon Tonnelli Worcestershire Sauce
1 and 1/2 tablespoons Tuscanini Balsamic Vinegar
1 and 1/2 tablespoons Glicks Soy Sauce
1 tablespoons Frank’s hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 teaspoon Pereg Garlic Powder
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon Pereg Paprika
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Combine marinade ingredients and marinate the meat for three hours.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Fahrenheit (93 degrees Celsius) and bake meat for two and a half hours on a Gefen Parchment-lined baking sheet.
Turn over halfway through baking time. Meat should be dry but still be bendable when ready.

Can something be substituted for the Worcestershire Sauce?
You can try BBQ sauce, soy sauce or red wine.
This beef jerky is great! It’s easy, can be done without a dehydrator, and best of all it taste like the real thing but even better!
