Prepare the Wedges

  1. Combine flour, egg, cornstarch, beer, club soda, water, and salt.

  2. Heat oil in a saucepan or deep fryer.

  3. Dip the avocado wedges in batter and fry until golden brown. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
