1 cup flour
1 egg
1 tablespoon Gefen Cornstarch
1/2 cup beer
1/2 cup club soda
1/2 cup ice water
2 teaspoons salt
2 large avocados, sliced into wedges
oil, for frying
Combine flour, egg, cornstarch, beer, club soda, water, and salt.
Heat oil in a saucepan or deep fryer.
Dip the avocado wedges in batter and fry until golden brown. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
