Beer Bread

This 5 ingredient, no-knead, no-rise bread is the perfect bread to make when you are out of yeast! It is a crunchy, rustic and delicious bread. Enjoy! Recipe by @mymamenu.

Directions

Yields 1 loaf

1.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and whisk together.

Add beer and mix until fully incorporated.

4.

Use your hands or a mixing spoon to form a ball of dough.

5.

Place dough into a greased loaf pan, and pour the oil or melted butter over the dough.

6.

Bake for one hour. Remove from pan and cool.

Variations:

Add olives or herbs for variations to this bread. If preferred, shape as buns, or bake in ramekins.
