3 cups flour
1 tablespoon Gefen Baking Powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup sugar
1 (12-ounce) can beer
2 tablespoons oil or melted butter
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and whisk together.
Add beer and mix until fully incorporated.
Use your hands or a mixing spoon to form a ball of dough.
Place dough into a greased loaf pan, and pour the oil or melted butter over the dough.
Bake for one hour. Remove from pan and cool.
Yields 1 loaf
