3 ounces Beetology Beet + Lemon + Ginger
1 and 1/2 ounces Distillery No. 209 Gin
lemon peel, for garnish
candied ginger, for garnish
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add Beetology juice and gin.
Shake until chilled, strain and garnish with a lemon peel and candied ginger.
