Best Dense Chocolate Cake

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 2 tablespoons coffee

  • 1 and 1/2 cups orange juice

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 and 1/4 cups oil

Directions

Make the Cake

1.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Put all dry ingredients in a food processor. Process for 10 seconds. Add rest of ingredients. Blend until combined. Grease and flour a bundt pan (I use cocoa to ‘flour’ it so it has more of a chocolate taste).

Bake for an hour (a toothpick should come out clean).

Notes:

If when you blend it, the chocolate chips don’t get completely blended, then they fall to the bottom (top) and then there’s this amazing chocolately stuff on top. Makes it a little hard to get out of the pan, though! DON’T spoil this cake by adding icing.
