I made up this recipe during Covid. We were in a rental in Orlando and decided to stay for Shavuos. I only had a Betty Crocker for milchigs!
1 package Tuscanini gnocchi, prepared
sliced onions
assorted mushrooms (I like baby bella)
2 to 3 garlic cubes
pizza or Italian seasoning
tiny drop of half and half or milk
two handfuls of shredded cheese (or more!)
Sauté onions and mushrooms right in the Betty. Mix in garlic, seasoning, milk, and cheese. Add in the cooked gnocchi.
