Blended Fruit


This is a great appetizer when you want something refreshing and don’t feel like cutting up lots of fruits or vegetables.


1. Strain pineapple juice into a small bowl.
2. In a food processor fitted with the S-blade, blend pineapple, strawberries, and peaches and half of reserved pineapple juice.
3. Add more juice, as needed, until desired consistency is achieved.

Tips: Serve blended fruit in a small bowl with a spoon or in champagne glasses for a fancier presentation.
