Boston Cream Pie


This is sure to be a winner with its moist cake, light chocolate creamy interior, and classic chocolate glaze. Don’t be fooled by the different layers and steps, this is a very easy cake to put together!


Prepare the Cake

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Beat eggs and sugar for 10 minutes. Reduce speed and gradually add remaining ingredients.
3. Pour batter into two lined 10- by 16-inch baking pans.
4. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Prepare the Cream Filling

1. Beat whip cream until stiff. Fold in pudding gently.
2. When cakes are completely cooled, spread cream over one cake. Invert second cake over cream.

Prepare the Glaze

1. Mix confectioners sugar, cocoa, and vanilla sugar. Add oil and water and stir vigorously.
2. Spread over cake immediately.
