Diets This is sure to be a winner with its moist cake, light chocolate creamy interior, and classic chocolate glaze. Don’t be fooled by the different layers and steps, this is a very easy cake to put together!
6 eggs
2 and 1/2 cups sugar
2 tablespoons Gefen Vanilla Sugar
3/4 cup oil
1 tablespoon grated lemon rind
2/3 cup warm water
2 and 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons Haddar Baking Powder
20 ounces whipped topping
2 packages instant vanilla pudding OR 2 packages instant chocolate pudding and 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1/2 pound Gefen Confectioners’ Sugar
3/4 cup Gefen Cocoa, sifted
1/4 cup oil
1 tablespoon Gefen Vanilla Sugar
1/4 cup boiling water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Beat eggs and sugar for 10 minutes. Reduce speed and gradually add remaining ingredients.
Pour batter into two lined 10- by 16-inch baking pans.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Beat whip cream until stiff. Fold in pudding gently.
When cakes are completely cooled, spread cream over one cake. Invert second cake over cream.
Mix confectioners sugar, cocoa, and vanilla sugar. Add oil and water and stir vigorously.
Spread over cake immediately.

can you freeze this cake?

pudding am i supposed to make the pudding before i fold it in, or do i just use the pudding mix(powder)?
Pan size Is there any other size pans this can be made in?
You can try to use two 9×13 pans but you can’t fill them up all the way so you’ll have leftover batter.
and you would probably need to adjust the cooking time to a little less.
