Directions

Prepare the Bourbon Skillet Cookie

1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
2. Press into a round ovenproof skillet or dish.
3. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 18–20 minutes (16 if you want it super-gooey).
4. Serve with ice cream.

What size skillet?
I assume baking time would be adjusted accordingly.

Quick and simple – I would next time cook it slightly shorter as the edges hardened. (Kept in the oven for 18 minutes.)
