Fried breaded fish is a classic on the family supper rotation. This easy breaded fish recipe, with crispy crunch breading on the outside and moist and perfectly cooked white fish on the inside, will deliver for you time and again. Serve with roasted potatoes or cauliflower and tartar sauce for the complete experience.
1 pound fish fillet
1/2 cup flour
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup Gefen Cornflake Crumbs
1/2 cup Gefen Bread Crumbs
Coat fillet with flour and dip into eggs.
Combine crumbs with salt, then roll fillet in crumbs.
Fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides.
