Breaded Fried Fish

Crispy crunch on the outside; moist and cooked perfectly on the inside; this fried fish recipe will be a new family favorite.

Directions

Prepare the Breaded Fish

1.

Coat fillet with flour and dip into eggs.

2.

Combine crumbs with salt, then roll fillet in crumbs.

3.

Fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides.

 

Variations:

To bake: brush mayonnaise onto fish, roll in crumbs. Place breaded fish onto baking sheet. Bake, covered, at 400 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
