It’s great that this recipe makes two, because one will always be nibbled on before the meal.
1 bag frozen broccoli, such as Beleaf Frozen Broccoli
1 bag frozen cauliflower, such as Beleaf Frozen Cauliflower
large handful (fresh or frozen) mushrooms, cut into pieces
4 tablespoons Gefen Mayonnaise (or homemade)
6 eggs
garlic powder
salt
pepper
onion powder
Defrost broccoli and cauliflower fully, then place in a big bowl together with the mushrooms.
Whisk the eggs, spices and mayonnaise together and pour over the vegetables. Mix well.
Divide into two big round foil pans and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for one and a half hours, or until the tops are nice and golden in color.
Yields 2 large round pans

Yes, but you may have extra for a small pan.
