Directions

Place oil, sugars, vanilla, salt, and eggs in the bowl of an electric mixer. Mix well, then add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix well, then add the chocolate chips.

Refrigerate the dough for one hour.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).

Roll the dough into balls and bake for 12–15 minutes.

Notes:

Use an airtight container or resealable bag. Cookies stay fresh for up to 3 days at room temperature or in the fridge. These can be frozen for two to three months. Thaw at room temperature to retain crispness.

Tip: Place a piece of parchment between layers to prevent sticking.

Does it actualty gave to be in the freezer 1 hour

Yes- if you’re short on time, you can put them in the freezer instead of the refrigerator for less time. It really changes the results and gives a much better cookie.
