Diets I got this recipe from my grandmother. Whenever I make it, it’s always a hit. When I send these cookies to a neighbor, they usually ask for the recipe. I double the recipe because they’re so yummy. I have no doubt that you’ll love these cookies too.
Yields 24 cookies
1 cup oil
2/3 cup Haddar Brown Sugar
2/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 and 1/4 cups Glicks Flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup Glicks Chocolate Chips
Place oil, sugars, vanilla, salt, and eggs in the bowl of an electric mixer. Mix well, then add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix well, then add the chocolate chips.
Refrigerate the dough for one hour.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
Roll the dough into balls and bake for 12–15 minutes.

Does it actualty gave to be in the freezer 1 hour
Yes- if you’re short on time, you can put them in the freezer instead of the refrigerator for less time. It really changes the results and gives a much better cookie.
