2 cups Glicks Flour
1 cup butter, at room temperature

1/2 cup roughly chopped macadamia nuts
1/2 cup milk chocolate chunks
1/2 cup white chocolate chunks
3 ounces (85 grams) milk chocolate, melted, for garnish
3 ounces (85 grams) white chocolate, melted, for garnish
1/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts, for garnish
Place the flour, butter, and condensed milk in the bowl of an electric mixer. Mix until well combined. Fold in the nuts and chocolate chunks. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Line a baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper.
Form walnut-size balls of dough and place onto the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each ball with the palm of your hand. These cookies will not grow or spread.
