Learn how to prepare meatballs in tomato sauce with sauteed shredded cabbage… Cabbage ‘n Meat!
Sauté onion in oil for five minutes.
Add cabbage and sauté for 30-45 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add tomato juice, water, salt and sugar and bring to a boil.
Combine all ingredients for meatball mixture.
Form into balls, drop into boiling tomato sauce.
Cook for one hour and 15 minutes.
