Make the Twists

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove puff pastry from freezer.

Prepare the cabbage mixture: Add oil to a sauté pan over medium heat. Add the cabbage and onion and cook until soft, about 10 minutes.

Roll out softened puff pastry dough until slightly thinner. Cut into strips 1 inch wide.

Spread cabbage mixture down the center of each strip.

Lift the dough and gently twist.

Bake for 25 minutes or until golden.

Serve with duck sauce for dipping.
Note:
Do not make mini twists – they will open.
