7 ounces Geneve Baking Chocolate
1 teaspoon Heaven & Earth Coconut Oil
2 apples, cut into slices
8 to 10 Beleaves Medjool Dates, halved and inspected for evidence of insects
chopped nuts, for topping
Melt the chocolate and coconut oil, stirring occasionally.
Wrap half a date around each apple slice, pressing to adhere.
Dip each slice in melted chocolate and place on Gefen Parchment Paper. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and allow the chocolate to set.

These looked heaven in the pic! Made it and not so good, my opinion. The dates kind of got lost with the chocolate and apple flavor. Couldn’t really taste what I was eating. Three yummy things and putting in into one. Rather stick to eating it separately. Or just eat dates with nuts! Yum!
