Never fail recipe that is sure to please everyone 😉

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 3 cups ground carrots

  • 1 and 1/2 Demarara sugar

  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

  • 2 cups flour (I use white spelt)

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 packet baking powder

  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger

  • 3/4 cup canola oil

  • 4 eggs

Directions

Prepare the Kugel

1.

Mix all the ingredients together.

2.

Place in cupcake pans or 2 English pans.

3.

Bake on 350 F until done.
