1 tablespoon Gefen Vanilla Sugar
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
3/4 cup pureed carrots
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla Extract
2 tablespoons orange juice
dash of Gefen Cinnamon
Mix vanilla, oil and eggs.
Add remaining ingredients, mixing until smooth.
Pour into 12 muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.

You have no instructions on how to make puréed carrots

Chop the carrots and then cook them until soft. Blend them with a little liquid until they are smooth.

Are the puréed carrots first cooked? or puréed raw?
