Make the Casserole
Cook cauliﬂower according to package directions. Drain well and mash.
Combine next six ingredients. Transfer to a greased 9- x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
