I’m always looking for non-lettuce salads to complete my inevitable salad course. I love light, fresh, and simple, and this salad is all that. The cauliflower rice makes it all possible, and I love how it’s become so easy to eat healthy!
Prepare the Tabbouleh
1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and toss to combine.
2. Best eaten right away or within a few hours of preparation. This salad won’t last for more than a day in the fridge.
