1. Season with salt and pepper. Grease a saute pan and heat over medium-high heat.
2. Add tuna and sear for 30-60 seconds per side (do not cook all the way through).
3. Drizzle tuna with teriyaki sauce and toss in the pan, then remove from heat. Add tuna cubes to your sushi bowl.
4. Drizzle the bowl with sweet sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
