Cauliflower Tempura

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower, cooked and drained

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • 2 tablespoons flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • dash of pepper

Directions

Prepare the Batter

1.

Combine eggs, flour and spices until smooth.

Fry

1.

Dip florets into batter.

2.

Deep fry until lightly brown. Drain well.
