Ingredients

Challah

  • 6 cups of challah flour

  • 2 cups of seltzer

  • 2 oz of yeast

  • 1 cup of sugar

  • 1 cup of oil

  • 2 eggs

Directions

Prepare the Challah

1.

Heat seltzer for 2 minutes. Add yeast, half of sugar, oil, and then add eggs.

2.

In the meantime, put flour and remaining sugar in a bowl and mix it. Then add the yeast. Let it rise for 2 hours.
