2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 and 1/3 cups sugar
1/2 cup oil
2 tablespoons milk (or any non-dairy milk)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup blueberries, chocolate chips, or crushed walnuts (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl and set aside.
Mix egg, sugar, milk, and vanilla in a small bowl.
Add the dry into the wet and stir.
Add in the oil and bananas and mix until well combined.
Stir in your desired topping or sprinkle on top.
Transfer batter into a greased loaf pan.
Bake for an hour and a half.
