These are just the right size for a treat. Decorate with whichever toppings your family likes best.
Yield: 12 mini bowls
1 (8-ounce) container whipped cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 package Gefen Instant Vanilla Pudding
1 cup milk
1 sleeve graham crackers, crushed
1/4 cup oil such as Gefen
caramel cream
chocolate balls
strawberry sauce
diced kiwi
Whisk together cream cheese, sugar, pudding mix, and milk until it is somewhat thick.
Mix graham cracker crumbs and oil. Press a bit on the bottom of each dessert bowl to form a crust.
Top with cheese mixture.
Place caramel cream in a piping bag and pipe some on top of each.
Top half the bowls with more caramel cream and chocolate balls and the other half with strawberry sauce and diced kiwi.

Tastes delicious! The cheesecake is very thick and I would advise piping to make it look nice.
