Diets These are so delicious, and the smell brings everyone running into the kitchen! Yield: 12 knots
20 ounces pizza dough (or store-bought)
4 frozen string cheese sticks
4 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 teaspoons dried parsley, such as Gefen
Divide the pizza dough into 12 balls.
Cut each string cheese in three.
Roll each ball into a rope about five inches long. Fold the cheese into the middle. Tie the two ends together over the cheese in a knot shape.
In a small bowl, mix garlic, butter, and parsley. Brush on the knots.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
