Cheesy Garlic Knots

These are so delicious, and the smell brings everyone running into the kitchen!   Yield: 12 knots

Ingredients

Cheesy Garlic Knots

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley, such as Gefen

Directions

Prepare the Cheesy Garlic Knots

1.

Divide the pizza dough into 12 balls.

2.

Cut each string cheese in three.

3.

Roll each ball into a rope about five inches long. Fold the cheese into the middle. Tie the two ends together over the cheese in a knot shape.

4.

In a small bowl, mix garlic, butter, and parsley. Brush on the knots.

5.

Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
