Diets Miniatures and fancy cakes are beautiful, but chocolate chip cookies are always eaten, down to the last crumb!
3 eggs
1 pound brown sugar
4 sticks (1 pound) margarine
2 tablespoons Gefen Vanilla Extract
6 cups flour
1 and 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1-12 ounce package Glicks Chocolate Chips
8 ounces chopped walnuts, optional
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cream eggs, sugar, margarine, and vanilla extract. Add next three ingredients, mixing well. Stir in chocolate chips, and nuts if desired.
Roll into one-inch balls, and bake on an ungreased cookie sheets, one and 1/2-inches apart, for 15 minutes. Do not over-bake.

The problem of saying yes or no is that you really need to weigh it. Dark and light brown sugar have different weights. Maybe buy a box that is exactly a pound.
