These brownies are chewy and don’t call for melting any chocolate. The best part is you get two pans from the one recipe- one for now and one for the freezer. Perfect for a busy family. I got this recipe from a friend in shana rishona.
Yields 2 9×13 pans
3 cups flour
4 cups sugar
1 and 1/2 cups cocoa
3 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 cups oil
8 eggs
4 teaspoons vanilla
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 35 minutes.
