1. Sauté onions in oil until golden brown.
2. Add celery and chicken and sauté for 15 minutes.
3. Add water and spices, bring to a boil.
4. Add rice and cook for 15-20 minutes or until water is absorbed
5. Add frozen peas, cook for additional two minutes.
Proceed as above, omitting chicken nuggets; use breaded, fried nuggets. Add to cooked vegetables and rice and bake for 20-30 minutes until thoroughly reheated.
