For all you people who, like me, love poppers but hate frying, this recipe is for you! You can adjust the ratios of hot sauce to honey based on your family’s preferences. Pair the poppers up with this roasted cauliflower and dinner is served!
Directions
Prepare the Chicken Poppers on the Bone
1. Smear the mayonnaise on the top and bottom of each piece of chicken. Coat in cornflakes crumbs.
2. Bake covered at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for one hour, then uncovered for 30 minutes.
3. In a bowl, mix honey, hot sauce, and garlic powder. Pour over chicken.
4. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes.
Prepare the Cauliflower
1. In a bowl, mix cauliflower with the oil and spices.
2. Spread out on a baking sheet and roast at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
