1 cooked chicken
1/4 cup vinegar or lemon juice
1/4 cup oil
2 teaspoons chopped onion
1 rib celery, diced
3/4 cup Gefen Mayonnaise (or homemade)
salt and pepper
1 hard-cooked egg, diced (optional)
Cut chicken in bite-sized pieces and place in bowl.
Serve on bed of lettuce.
Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
