Basic Chicken Salad

While your standard chicken salad is smooth and spreadable, change things up with this chunkier variation.

Start Cooking

Prepare the Chicken Salad

  1. Cut chicken in bite-sized pieces and place in bowl.

  2. Add rest of ingredients and mix well.

  3. Serve on bed of lettuce.

Variation:

You can add half a cup chopped walnuts and/or one apple, diced; OR you may add half a cup seeded, peeled and diced cucumber.
