Diets The only chicken spice mix you’ll ever need. It’s my go-to for literally everything — baked chicken, grilled, pan-seared, you name it! It’s the easiest way to make chicken that tastes like you spent hours on it (but didn’t!). Definitely double or triple so you can store it for another time!!!
2 teaspoons Gefen Garlic Powder
2 teaspoons onion soup mix powder, such as Lipton
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon hot paprika
1 teaspoon Pereg Cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
oil, to use just before baking
Once ready to use, add a few tablespoons of oil and rub all over your chicken, then bake according to the type of cut you’re using.
