Chili-Lime Grilled Chicken

Ingredients

Chicken

  • 6 boneless chicken thighs

Dressing

  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil plus 2 tablespoons for grill pan

  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon granulated onion powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric

  • 1/2 teaspoon Gefen Paprika

Garnish

  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro, cleaned and chopped

  • 2 limes, sliced for garnish

Directions

Prepare the Chili-Lime Grilled Chicken

1.

Mix together dressing ingredients in a large bowl. Add chicken and combine until well-coated.

Preheat grill pan with two tablespoons oil over medium-high heat. Grill chicken for five to 10 minutes on each side until cooked.

3.

Sprinkle with cilantro and arrange lime slices on chicken pieces.
