My kids just love anything chocolate, especially pudding. I wanted to find a healthier alternative for those special days that call for a treat… something that looks the same and has the same consistency, and that will pass my kids’ discerning taste test! Recipe submitted by Whisk reader S. Alevsky.
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
dash of vanilla extract
Add all ingredients to a blender in order. Puree until avocado is completely incorporated. Scrape sides as you go.
Refrigerate overnight before serving.
