Prepare the Chocolate Cheese Truffles
1. Melt chocolate and cream cheese over a double boiler. Remove from flame. Add sugar and mix well.
2. Refrigerate for two to three hours. Roll into balls, then dip in melted chocolate mixed with Rice Krispies.
