1 cup sprouted spelt flour
3/4 cup coconut sugar
2 tablespoons ground flax meal
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
6 tablespoons melted refined coconut oil
1/4 cup Gefen Unsweetened Applesauce
1 tablespoon Gefen Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup Glicks Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a Gefen Parchment Paper.
Whisk all dry ingredients well, and then add wet ingredients. Slowly fold in the chocolate chips at the end.
From the cookie dough mixture, form tablespoon-sized balls and drop them onto the parchment paper.
Bake for 20 minutes on oven’s middle rack until firm.
