This deliciously moist chocolate chip streusel cake gives you a little of everything: airy fluffyness from the cake, and crunchiness from the streusel topping. This cake won’t last long in your kitchen, it’s sure to be a winner with both adults and kids!
Beat margarine and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs, coffee and water.
Reduce speed and add dry ingredients.
Pour into 9×13″ pan.
Mix all ingredients for topping until crumbly.
Sprinkle over cake.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes.
