Start Cooking

Prepare the Muffins

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line muffin pans.

  2. Combine all ingredients together, reserving chocolate until the end. Blend ingredients with a food processor or blender.

  3. Fold chocolate into the mixture, if using.

  4. Fill muffin molds three-fourths full. Bake for 15–18 minutes.

Prepare the Caramel Cream

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  2. Chill for about 15 minutes, then use to top your muffins. Use a piping bag or just spread. So. Good.
