Chocolate Cinnamon Bundt Cake


The cinnamon glaze complements this chocolate Bundt beautifully. Don’t forget the hot cocoa!  

Yield: 1 Bundt cake


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In the bowl of an electric mixer, cream eggs and sugar. Turn the mixer to low speed and add in remaining ingredients in order. Mix until a smooth batter forms.
3. Grease a nine-cup Bundt pan. Pour batter in and bake for 40 minutes.
4. Allow to cool.
5. In a small bowl, whisk together icing ingredients. Drizzle over cake.
