Diets This decadent dessert looks amazing, and tastes so special, but only takes a few minutes to prepare! I’d definitely suggest serving this warm with vanilla ice cream. If you’re feeling extra, sprinkle with Maldon salt for a perfect salty sweet bite.
1 (3.5-ounce) chocolate bar of your choice, broken into pieces
2 graham crackers snapped into 1/4
8 to 10 large marshmallows
Maldon salt (optional)
ice cream, for serving (optional)
Remove the cookie dough from the freezer and let it sit out for 15 to 20 minutes to soften.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Remove one layer of the cookie dough balls and combine them together to form one large dough. Press the dough on the bottom of a nine-inch oven-safe skillet or pie dish. Top with graham crackers, chocolate pieces, and marshmallows.
Remove the second layer of cookie dough balls and place them over the marshmallows and chocolate. It’s okay if they are not completely covered by dough.
Transfer the skillet/pie dish to the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the cookie is golden brown.
Sprinkle with Maldon salt and serve with vanilla ice cream if desired.
