Directions

Prepare the Base

1.

In a food processor with a steel blade, grind the biscuits into a thin powder.

2.

Add melted butter and continue to process the mixture until it becomes like wet sand.

3.

Transfer the crumbs to a 20- by 20-centimeter (eight- by eight-inch) square pan and press firmly to form a base.

4.

Freeze the base for about an hour until set.

Prepare the Coconut Filling

1.

Break the chocolate into squares and place in a bowl. Add cream and melt together in a microwave oven or a double boiler until everything is melted and the mixture is smooth. Add the coconut and mix until smooth.

2.

Pour the coconut filling over the biscuit layer and smooth out.

3.

Chill for about 10 minutes in the freezer.

Prepare the Topping

1.

Place the cream in a bowl. Break the chocolate into squares and add to the cream.

2.

Melt in a microwave oven or double boiler until everything is melted and the mixture is smooth.

3.

Pour the chocolate coating over the coconut layer and smooth out.

4.

Chill in the freezer for about two hours until completely firm. Cut into squares of desired size.

Decorate

1.

Using a peeler, grate white chocolate on top of each square and serve.

Tips:

Store the squares in a closed container for up to one week.

Variation:

Instead of coconut you can use any type of nuts you like.

Just the cream. If it needed whipping it would say.
