These delicious and simple logs are so quick and fun to make that they might just become your new favorite! I was using up extra ingredients so working with what I had; but definitely feel free to double or triple the recipe. Its that good.

Chocolate Covered Almond Logs
Prepare the Chocolate Covered Almond Logs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Scoop out a tablespoon at a time and roll between your palms to form a log shape.
Place on the prepared cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
Let it completely cool off and cover in melted chocolate.
