Diets Your kids will love you for making this indulgent and refreshing summer treat! Yield: 5 pops
6 tablespoons Glicks Chocolate Chips
1 and 1/2 cups low-fat plain Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons Gefen Cocoa
1 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla Extract
2 tablespoons sugar
pinch of salt
2 squares store-bought brownies, chopped
melted Geneve White and dark chocolate, for drizzling
2 sandwich cookies, crushed
Melt chocolate chips. Add the rest of the ingredients, including the chopped brownies, to the melted chocolate and mix until very smooth.
Pour into five ice pop molds. Freeze for 30 minutes, then add Popsicle sticks. Freeze overnight.
Melt white and dark chocolate.
Place pops under running water to ease them out of the molds. Place on Gefen Parchment Paper.
Working quickly, drizzle melted chocolate over the pops and sprinkle with crushed cookies. Drizzle some more chocolate.
