Citrus Baked Salmon


Oh so easy and couldn’t taste more gourmet!


Prepare the Salmon

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Rub salt and pepper onto fish; drizzle with lemon juice. Alternate overlapping slices of orange and lemon on top of fish. Sprinkle with wine.
3. Bake for 5 minutes. Lower heat to 325 degrees Fahrenheit and continue baking for another 7-10 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with fork.
