Diets Oh so easy and couldn’t taste more gourmet!
4 (4-ounce) salmon fillets
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
8 slices lemon
8 slices orange
2 tablespoons wine (white wine, such as Baron Herzog Chenin Blanc, is best)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Rub salt and pepper onto fish; drizzle with lemon juice. Alternate overlapping slices of orange and lemon on top of fish. Sprinkle with wine.
Bake for 5 minutes. Lower heat to 325 degrees Fahrenheit and continue baking for another 7-10 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with fork.
